1, molecular formula: anhydrous  Ca(H2PO4)2  monohydrate  Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O

2, molecular weight: molecular weight: anhydrous 234.05;  monohydrate 252.07

3, Specificity: Specific gravity: 2.220. It may lose crystal water when heated to 100℃. Soluble in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, slightly soluble in water (1.8%). It commonly contains free phosphoric acid and hygroscopicity(30℃). Its water solution is acidic.

4, Usage: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer, modifier, solidification agent, nutritional supplement, chelate agent and so on. Fermentation agent, buffering agent and curing agent (gelation) for bread and biscuit, modifier for yeast food and meat. To improve saccharification and fermentation in brewing.

5, Packing: Packed with polyethylene plastic bag as liner, and woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
